pocket duties required for wednesday please

I have appointment at fracture clinic @ 3pm on wednesday and hopefully wrist has healed and plaster cast is not needed. so am in need of positive vibes please :roll:

    Sending positive vibes, wont wriggle in pocket too much so xray is taken properly first go.
