Feeling good this morning :lol: as dispite hospital getting my notes mixed up with someone else :roll: my plaster cast was taken off my wrist yesterday bone has apparently healed ok told not to lift anything heavy or put undue downward pressure on that hand for a while otherwise use it as normal, and i have got to go back in six weeks for a further check. :D now just waiting for workmen to finish the refurbishment of bathroom.
