Does any no why my works send my sick notes back to me

    Mine used to keep mine, although I have got the most recent one as they finished me the beginning of this month (due to ill helath) and it doesn't run out until 1st March.

    Hello Yaris

    I think I am right that you will need your original sick notes if you ever need to claim for sickness related benefits - so keep them safe somewhere "just in case". When I worked in an HR office, we used to keep copies for the file and send the originals back to the person for safekeeping.
