Hi can anybody tell me what to say at my esa tribunal, I'm 53, male I suffer with arthritis in both feet and left knee some days I can’t even walk, also suffer from high blood pressure, and depression, I’ve been told I might not win any suggestions would be grateful.

Hello sra123, it's nice to meet you though I am sorry you have had to find us. I have not gone down this route but surely all you can do is to be as honest as you can. Narrate the difficulties you face, base your answers on how things are on a bad day and I hope you are successful in your application. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this.
