The Queen has been to York today for Maundy Money at York Minster

    My mother in law received some a couple of years ago, she was so proud. We were only talking about it today.

    Hi Pink,

    Got to give it to her she rally does get out and about a lot. I couldn't and nor could I stand so much and she had 30 or more years on me.

    I'm not especially a royalist but that doesn't mean I don't think she is a decent monarch if that makes sense?

    i hope you managed to see her pink.

    the queen does do well for her age but i bet if we had her health care food etc we would be up in york wondering around also. i hope she had a good day , i love york but not managed to go there for a few years now.

    Pink what a shame
    They let us out of work in 1977 to see her pass through town on her silver jubilee.

    I got a great pic. Not a royalist myself , but the occasion is a talking point. :)
