Right then you orrble lot who did this song then, oh yeah I want the songs title and all, the clue is southern fledglings!.

I met the queen of whatever
Drank with the Irish and smoked with the hippies
Moved with the shakers
Wouldn't kiss all the asses that they told me to

No I, I could never follow
No I, I could never follow

It's been two long years now
Since the top of the world came crashing down
And I'm getting' it back on the road now but I'm taking the!.

That's all there is sorry, so good luck!

Hmmm I'd thought you'd get this but your right it's not a Elvis song!, right then, hmmm a clue??, OK you got the second word or rather Toni did so here's another for the first word, it's a short nick name for the collection of all the Southern states in the US. Think like a rebel soilder and sing the one song he'd have sung during the American civil war.

I'm a bit of a fraud really! I got the Dixie chicks from Mells clues. As I said, my sister is a fan, and she happened to be here. She guessed the song. That was the hard bit.
I love this game though! More please Mell.
    All the best,

See Dixie is the name given to all the southern states of the USA and a fledgling is a chick, well kind of, right now well done numptydumpty, I love the dixie Chicks got a lot of meaning to many of their lyrics.

Now then you want another one well here goes, again this group came from the southern states of the USA, they're not about now as a few of the group were killed while travalling to a state side gig in the late 1970's. That should be a big clue but if not then Cajun country is another big one. So here you go, name the group and the song please!.

Whiskey bottles and brand new cars
Oak tree, you're in my way
There's too much coke and too much smoke
Look what's going on inside you
