Hi , everyone , Mr Jillyb , Betsydog and I are back from a trip to soggy Devon and beginning to dry off ~ damn this global warming . Even had to wear my wheelchair cagoule ; some of us have style you know ! Never been so wet but thoroughly enjoyed by all . Apologies if I've missed birthdays and pocket duty while away but was thinking of you all . Jillyb

    Welcome back, jillyb! I had missed you. A soggy holiday, eh? Still, you managed to enjoy it, which is a talent in itself. I hate being wet in a wheelchair, especially when the seat gets wet. I should probably get some specialised clothing myself but I'm resisting :roll:
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Hello Your Royal Dampness, it's lovely to have you back. :) I am sorry to hear that the weather was so inclement but that you enjoyed yourselves despite it. Even though you live near the coast there is nothing like seeing another bit of coast, is there? Do you realise it's just over a year since we met? :wink: DD

    Thank you for the welcome back everyone ; agree with you Sticky , resisted the wheelycoat too but was on holiday and no one knows me in Devon ! A year is it , DD ? Must be time for you and Mr DD to come back to Brighton again ; annual naked bike ride and skinny dip in town on 10th June if you feel energetic ! Jillyb

    Sadly the people who take part are not exactly the brangelinas of the world , more like billy bunter and gracie fields , ( I am sooo old ) , so nothing to lose I'll fit right in ! Jillyb
