Hello, As above really. I don't have a microwave or I'd buy one of those wheatbag things. Do you have any tips you could share with me please?
I'm using the hot water bottle - thank you.

Hi Mousey, I can only suggest you heat something up on the radiator.
I've got mine on.....but then it is cold up north and you may be basking in sun. Is warmth the best thing for you? I find cold helps me more......bag of peas out of the freezer.
Not much help I know but doubtless some-one will be along with some ideas. Take care May0 -
Hi
I do know you can buy electric wraps that work like an electric blanket, you can put them round your neck , back or wherever you want.
I have a neighbours that has one and she loves it.Love

Hi Mousey,
Sorry you have the pain and hope it will soon ease off a bit for you.
I use hot water bottle as well and also they gave me a collar which helped for a while. I can't really wear it now as the neck doesn;t like being straight but it might be an idea to wrap a scarf around it as well? It can give a bit of gentle support as well. hang in there and I hope it will soon ease. Cris xx0
