    I have got another bad day.I dont know weather to stand up sit down walk around or what.My hips are pain my hands are pain.Even lying down I cant sleep and feel so tired.But so far my brains intact I think.

      Firstly I offer hugs. ((((())))) It can be so difficult to cope with, can't it? Getting comfy is an impossibility, every movement hurts, sleep - ummm, what is that exactly? Can someone remond me? :wink:

      Secondly, I truly empathise. I am sorry that I cannot remember what sort you have devonann, :oops: but if it's OA I am sure the weather plays a part. In my neck of the woods (I am a Suffolk Daisy) it is very muggy and humid and boy! can I feel it in my knees and ankles (which are OA-affected). The only meagre comfort I can offer is that it will pass, all things do. Keep up with fluids, take whatever pain relief you can and I hope things ease soon. DD

      Urgh sounds rough :?

      Can you try to accept that today is a write off and not put any pressure on yourself to do unnecessary tasks?

      Hope tomorrow is better.
      Twenty-something mother, home educating my wonderful son and currently TTC.

      My particular flavour of arthritis is yet to be confirmed

      How are things today.......the weather here {N.E} is dreadful.....thunder and lightening. Its really playing havoc with my joints

      I am feeling a little better today but still not quite right.thanks for your hugs and replies.I am taking it easy for a day or to and not looking at the dusting and hoovering etc.
