Theraputic work/hours

I am still on incapacity and been doing some theroputic work a few hours a week. I do not know how many hour the limit you are allowed to do. I have been interested in setting up a support group for ra sufferers and a bit in dark about the hours. I do not trust speaking to benefits people have u any idea suncatcher
