Just had a call from rhemmy nurse,said i should have had an appointment by now so she rang the gastro dept who are sending an appointment as quick as they can,so hopefully by the end of the week i should have heard something.Mig

    I was about to forsake the computer for the delights of the pile of ironing, mig, but I had to log back on to congratulate you. It's not easy chasing these things up but it was definitely worthwhile for you. I'm glad you've got a result.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    So well done for following up on this Mig - I know it's not easy. Glad the nurse has helped to move things forward for you - and if you don't hear anything by the end of the week, do follow it up again. I know it shouldn't be like this but I have learned over the years that, if you are not proactive, things do sometimes get missed or forgotten.
