    Am ok thanks - just really tired.

    Am at the pain clinic tomorrow afternoon at one hospital, and having mri and ultrasound at another hospital tomorrow afternoon.

    Keswick was amazing - it always is :-)

    We had rain most days but Friday was glorious.
