I have decided to join Slimming World tomorrow, and having communicated with people on the Living with Arthritis forum hear that others are doing similar. So after my weigh in's each Thursday I will update you all on this forum (Chit chat) with my progress, and will be happy to swap ideas etc by email with anyone interested. :)
