has anyone had experience of a going to a tribunal through an appeal of es a claim?i have someone who has been diagnosed with chronic fatigue psyndrome(ME)fibromyaligia . they are aged 29 .has been told she is fit for work so we have appealed.we are going all out for the tribunal as they dont have an idea of people.i have sent in 60 pages of info from consultants etc.so they had the cheek to phone us up to see it we wanted to go ahead with the tribunal.i said bring it on.when we will go remains to be seen.if anyone has any info on it please ,would be grateful for help.many thanks in advance.

There are quite a few people on here been to tribunals...it does seem to be the norm now when claiming anything.
