Hi Wendy. Glad you have got results at last and, as you say, might have been lot worse (though bad enough) as I know through my experience, think my problems are very similar to yours.

I find that the cold weather doesn't help much with pain either. The only relief I really ever get is with a heated wheatbag.

Hope you can get some meds sorted out. I haven't had much luck with them as get dreadful reactions from all the different types my GP as tried me on, so am stuck with Paracetamol and occasional codeine when I feel I need it.

Hope your day is going as well as possible.

    Beryl

Thanks Sticky and beryl. Gp gives me sedatives for sleep and i tak an opium based pain relief as I canr take codeine or ibbrufen infortunately, but agree with the wheaty, heaven. I use a stick to help me balance but walking is still very poor, walk around the house but use mobility scooter do go outdoors shopping etc just so I can spend days out with family and be normal. Its hard this arthur, I want a divorce from it for xmas

Oooooh, now there's an idea. Maybe we could all put in for one. A bit like the reverse of those mass Korean marriage ceremonies. We could have a mass divorce one.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
