    Hope you are soon up and about and get the pain relief you need, I'm goin in on the 30th Jan for 6 injections in my facet joints, second time for me, love Sheena xx

    bubba..they didnt tell me to rest the last time... but this time they gave me a sheet of instructions...so maybe they will work better.

    DD I am doing fine ...not much pain at all...
    Beryl..I think the local anesthetic is still working so I am enjoying that at the min. :D
