Successful blue badge assessment

I have just received a letter informing me my blue badge application & assessment are successful. Phew! I could cry with relief! I am so glad & can't believe how stressful I found the whole process. I could cry with relief.
Thank you everyone for your kind words of support when I was going through the application, and best wishes for success to those applying. :D:D:D:D

    I'm new, as of Saturday so I didn't know you had to have a medical assessment now!! Last year I just had to send off my Dla entitlement to highest rate mobility. Why do all of these places make us jump 'metaphorically speaking' thru so many hoops for things we so desperately need? :(

    It sounds like you found it all very stressful, I'm sorry for that, but I hope it makes your success at being awarded it all the more sweeter. Good for you :D x

    I'm pleased it's come through, make a note of its serial number and renewal date so you don't get caught out if it's nicked or expires. :wink: DD
