I am hoping maybe some of you can help me. As said I went for my first physio today. I went ok. He is trying to loosen my ligaments so they can stop trapping my nerve in my neck.

Only problem was that when I came out, I did feel a bit funny. Got round the corner and had a nasty fall of off the curb. I now hurt a lot. And I feel my body doesn't belong to me.

Has anyone who has neck problems ever experienced this type of thing after physio. Also as I walked to hubbies car I noticed I was not walking straight, quite badly off actually. Veering of to the right.

I shall look forward to hearing from any of you.
Karen xx

I can't help but please rest, keep an eye on things and if you don't feel better then ring 111 or whatever the service is now called. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

Karen that doesn't sound right to me, I had physio on my shoulder and neck before and never felt like that, if you don't feel much better tonight phone up NHS 24 and ask for advice or get back onto the physio department tomorrow, hope you are ok......................tc...........Marie xx

Sorry to hear about yr physio and fall Karen. Do hope you are feeling better now. I think it may well have been as a result of the physio. I know when I have been to physio in the past, they always tell me to get up very slowly (have got another course of physio starting on Thursday for my back). I do hope you are not too sore. Perhaps it would be a good idea to mention about what happened when you next go?

    Take care. Beryl.

    Thanks to

DD, Marie, Barbara and Beryl for replying, sorry I have not thanked you before. I have spent a lot of time in bed to be honest. My neck and shoulder and ankle have been giving me so much pain (and feeling sick). I've even taken to oramorph tonight.

Hoping I shall feel well enough for shopping tomorrow, it's something that has to be done. When the girls are off they seem to empty the fridge and freezer very quickly.
