Does Rituximab help with the fatigue?

Hi didn't want to read and run so although I'm not on this I did research biologics and their effect on fatigue a bit, from what I read its a bit 50:50 some getting relief others not. Sorry that's not much help but thought I'd let u know hat I found.x

    I've tried three anti TNFs and not one has made a great deal of difference to the fatigue. In my case I think the fatigue is attributable to to the constant, incessant and unceasing pain. DD

    I cant offer any advice but I hope you are one of them that it does help with the fatigue....I will have everything crossed for you .

    In the last 10 years I've been on the three flavours of Anti-TNF and I'm now on Toxilizumab and I've never had any lessening in the fatigue with any of these biologics.

    Hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones, fingers crossed for you!
