R.I.P Paul Shane

Paul Shane has died at the age of 72. He played the comic Ted Bovis in Hi De Hi. He played many parts on tv including Coronation street.
I met him briefly in Benidorm a few years ago and he was a very nice gentleman.
R.I.P Paul, you made us all laugh.

    What a shame...I loved Hi De Hi..and he was the king pin....he will be missed..how nice that you met him Ron.

    Yep, by pure accident. He had a place out there and he was having a pint in a bar when we walked in. He had lost an awful lot of weight from when he was in Hi De Hi.

    I saw this on the news the other day Ron.

    So sad :( 72 is no agre these days either :roll:

    I liked Paul Shane as he was such a great actor.
