Well it's that time of year and I've been eating strawberries. Had some last week and was fine but ate a bowl last night and all my joints complaining.
Does anyone else find they affect their joints?

My joints don't mind strawberries but my stomach, after years of anti-inflamms, does. Ho hum

Yup, it's a blasted nuisance isn't it? I find it aggravates the OA, I think it must be to do with the acidity in fruit. We have ours with Greek yoghurt (the proper stuff, not a supermarket version) and I think they're worth the extra discomfort. DD

mushrooms and potatoes are meant to cause joint pain in some. sometimes pineapples can cause me grief, which is a shame as I love them.

I thought pineapples were supposed to be good for inflammation Elizabeth, or am I thinking of something else? I don't eat many potatoes but have never noticed a connection.
