Back home from Sunny Spain

Well come back home yesterday from a very hot sunny Torremolinos after a brilliant holiday to sun here today as well so doing well Arthur has been very kind to me over the last week and pain levels have been very low despite all the walking we have done. week was very tiring but great all the same and even today no payback as yet. I even manage to walk down to our high street today which is about 15 mins walk usually take the bus but today I walked and came back by bus. and it felt great. :roll: oh dear what little things it takes to please us. :roll: hope you are all as well as can be expected and as pain free as possible.

    I am glad to hear you have had such a great week and no consequences for all the fun you had :)

    The 'heat' abroad seems somehow 'different' doesn't it?
