Hi
As some of you know from my postings I've had run ins with the DWP regarding ESA and had numerous letters from them
Update: appeal lost so waited 3 weeks now for a letter from DWP
Guess what???
I had 4 delivered today yes 4 that's a record for them last time was 3!
All those poor trees!
Well I've read all 4 and still no wiser
Befuddled is the word for how I feel
They are totally incompetent and rather than spending 390 million pounds on Atos I feel that some of the money should have been spent on sorting out their own incompetence!
Waiting for hubby to check on the money side of things as I'm a Numpty when it comes to numbers I'm sure I've got number dyslexia as I look at numbers and my brain goes no don't get it get those numbers away from me
I'll stick with my medical mind any day
Hope alls well
Maria :)

The numbers equivalent of dyslexia is dyscalculia. DD

    Hi Maria,

    Well, this sounds... aaaaargh! :x

I must admit, I'm not very good with numbers myself. I can cope, just, but I have to concentrate really hard to stop my mind wandering off :? :)

Best of luck with it all,
    Phee

They are an absolute joke Maria. I phoned them last week and asked if they could send me a letter to say I am in the support group for ESA as I have a gas assessor coming tomorrow for a new boiler and I need to prove what benefits I am on, did I get a letter NO (I am six weeks down the line) if I owed them money they would have had it off me yesterday. Hope hubby can sort your letters out for you........Marie x

    Hi
Even hubby doesn't understand why they have sent all those letters
I need to contact HM revenue as I'm paying 20% tax and my earnings are way way down from the 9 grand before tax is paid
    So watch this space

Ye gods, that doesn't sound right at all, I hope that HMRC can sort that for you. I spent about ten imutes listening to their options this morning before ending up with a human being - brew a cuppa before you begin. :) DD
