Not good few days for me, my fingers joint have a mind of it own. Manage to scale and burn myself a few time. Ouch. Wish the physio appointment would hurry up. Had a good day where knee is concern, whether it be the same the next day, well we will see. I notice my hands situation will never improve and I fear it will get worse as I age. Bother bother

    Its rotten when you cant get on top of the pain, have you tried hand injections ..they work brilliant for me unlike the hip ones...PS if I was you I would put this in LWA..it will do you good to have a moan..xx
