    Thanks Carol and Mig I am going to try this...especially has there is a glut of mushrooms were I live... at the min they are selling large amounts for a £1 xx

    that's ok Mig glad you enjoyed it must give it a try myself. I have loads of sw recipe books and so there are are lots of them I have not tried yet. :)
