costochcondritis?

Can anyone tell me what costochondritis feels like? About 5 or 6 times a month my ribs are very painful and it even more painful to cough or take a deep breath. It only lasts for a day or so each time, but I don't know if it's due to my fibromyalgia or something else. Any advice would be welcomed. Deb

    For me the pain feels like someone is ripping the muscles off my chest
    Its a hot burning pain and oh my it hurts so so much
    Sometimes it is just an annoying little ache

    It feels as if I've cracked all my ribs ! Fortunately I've only had 1 episode which lasted about 10 days . Very painful and scary .
