It's always good to hear that someone is getting some relief with the acupuncture. I've had it several tomes and it has helped me too. Hope it continues to work for you. If you develop a good relationship with whoever is giving it to you, I find it helps even more as you're not afraid or shy to say where pain is and what is helping it. Best of luck.

Debbie I hope it's offered to you when you visit the pain clinic.

    Hi Joan
I'm so pleased you got some relief.
    I know I do.....OK the pain doesn't go but it's a lot less.
I go to the hospital for mine but I'm prepared to do that for a bit of relief....My next one is Friday.
    Long may it continue

So it helped until the washing up. Hmmmmmm. You know what I am like, yes? ;) Maybe it's time for paper plates, plackyy glass and flatware and life sustained on take-aways. Washing-up is a repetitive and thankless task. DD

PS. We have inherited a dishwasher, I have bought all the kit but I have no idea how it works . . . . . apart from slowly. I can do in a few moments what it takes the machine an hour or so to do.

PPS. The acupuncture helped. That is important.
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

I hope you have longer relief with the next session. I think DD is right about washing dishes, etc. I haven't been able to go that route, but do let the dishes pile up occasionally. Of course, I pay for that :( The paper plates idea is very tempting )

    best wishes,
    xxAnna

    Hi Joan
    Yes let us know please
I didn't find that the more I had the longer they worked......They did work but seemed to be for the same amount of time each session
I have my last one on Monday.
Don't think I'll be having another lot for a while because my THR is due in about 2 and a half weeks time

    Love
