It has indeed! I am still in pain (obviously) but it's changed in nature because I am using my legs differently. My knees have felt the benefit but I am doing a fair bit of walking - the house is around 170' in length so it's quite a hike from one room to another! For the first time in years I am wearing flip-flops - they are making my toes work.
I hope you had a pleasant Christmas and New Year, Boomer; I wish you a better and more positive 2014. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben
Thank you DD. I will admit I'm not a very cheery-Christmas-celebrator, rather I drag myself through it. I'm paying for house-cleaning and hosting Christmas dinner for my mum and brother. I know I don't have many of these times left with my mum and that day we had such a good visit, the fact that it's taking a week to get over it seems trivial.
I haven't been around here much because it's too painful to type right now. I have been thinking of you, mostly every time I have to tackle my stairs .
