Thank you Barbara, Joan, villier and Tjt.
I'm utterly shattered but it's self-inflicted and worth it so no matter. We went to our favourite Chinese with a couple of old friends last night. I had seaweed (iron) followed by bean curd with straw mushrooms and cashew nuts (more iron) in a black bean (more iron) sauce all washed down with the house white, a PG (pure pleasure).
I took my last antibio this morning so I'm now officially well and I think it's time I got my rear end in gear and started some gentle exercises again. I have no strength partly because I've let it go. Let the fun commence :roll:If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Great news, you must be better if you enjoyed last night's wine well on the road to recovery I'd say
Don't over do it though, can't have you having a relapse!
Take care
