    Good news for anyone who takes supplements. Mr SW gets his from Healthspan and so would I if I took any.

    Supplements are a huge, unregulated area, strengths differ enormously and so does the quality of the ingredients, active and inactive, that go into them.

    Healthspan, for my money, are the most reliable source and I'm glad they are teaming up with Arthritis Care.
