Saw my doctor yesterday after blood tests and X rays and was diagnosed with RA, in my feet and hands (Feet are extremely painful) Was prescribed Naproxen. Have an appointment to see a specialist in 3 weeks. Any idea what will happen when i get to the hospital, tests etc. Thanks everyone.

Hi nemmy2007 and welcome to the forum and to the wonderful world of arthritis  It's many years since I had my first appointment but we have some fairly recent threads on the Living With Arthritis forum. I'll bump one up to near the top for you but, by the time you find it, it could have slid down again a bit :) I hope it'll be of help. If you've any questions just ask.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Hi Nemmy
    Welcome to the forums.
Like others its been a long time since my first appointment
One thing I would advise is start now writing out a list now. Aches, Pains, where and when and anything that helps or aggravates them.
Most of us are the same....we go in {if we go without a list} and forget what we want to ask.....we come out {or I do} thinking..OH I forgot to ask a certain thing then I could kick myself.
With it being a first appointment that's the only bit of advice...sorry
Give us a shout on Living With Arthritis before you go and we'll be supporting you

    Love
