Spa break

I decided that I deserve a treat and something to look forward to in amongst applying for things like Blue badges and PIP. My husband doesn't do holidays, and up to this year I have always done a quilting week but that's now out of the window.
Anyway I have treated myself to a two night spa break at a country house hotel in Sussex with lovely gardens. I have a ground floor room booked, important as there are no lifts (!), and so I am now looking forward to a couple of days being pampered.

Hopefully the massage will induce a state of sloshiness! Off in a couple of weeks time. Hoping the weather is good as I quite fancy afternoon tea in the garden.

Two weeks time, 13th to 15th. Day after my next physio appointment where I have to get him to look at my walking which has got worse recently so I have got something to look forward to after that. Be nice to have a more relaxing massage rather than the soft tissue ones he gives me. Hope the weather holds as I quite fancy a cream tea in the garden. Could be a new take on pocket duties I suppose.

The nearest thing I've ever had to that is eating cream crackers with a cup of tetley tea while sitting in the garden..... upper class or what?
