H i all I had a Chinese takeaway last night and feel like i have been trampled on by a small horse.
Practically every joint is sore. :zombie2:
Just want to know if anyone else has experienced this.

    Hello John and welcome to the forum, I think they put so may additive in there it would be hard to know what is causing this...I kept a food diary and one of the things was Chinese food..mainly the ones with thick gluteny sauce..not good when you like it..

    That might be due to the high MSG (mono-sodium-glutamate) component which is common in UK 'Chinese' food but it might also be due to the weather. I too am sore all over but as my last Chinese was over three weeks ago I doubt that is the culprit. DD

    Guess what. Turned out to be the flu. Slept on chair last night so wife could get a sleep.
    Still feeling lousy but not as sore. :zombie-mummy:
    Although it is playing hell with my Myasthenia.
