Post Op second Appointment

Well went for my second post operation appointment yesterday, had X-Rays and it was crazy to see them knowing that was my foot with the plates and screws!! He is very pleased that I'm weight baring on the foot. I do have a fair bit of swelling still to go down. But over all he's pleased with my healing. We discussed my knee and after I've been on holiday he will arrange the Arthroscopy.
We discussed me flying to Egypt and he said as long as I wear compression stockings and do some leg and ankle movements I should do fine. I'm seeing him again before we go away and hopefully more swelling should have gone down by then. But over all a positive appointment I would say!!
