paper tribunal ...

Hello , Im new and this is my first post , I have been refused twice now for the lower end of pip , I have artheritis , spinal nerve damage and a slipped disc in my back , im on the most pain killers and gells that my doctor will prescribe for me also had facet joint injections and nerve blocker injections in my spine , with this it has affected my leg left side and ankle ,, I would like to know if anyone on here has had a success with a paper tribunal , cos i cant attend this it has to be done without me there ,
