work and stress

Hello I just have a question does anyone find that stress increases there arthritic pain. My job is going through many changes and my pain seems to be increasing is this just coincidental?

    Hello Slim and welcome to the forum..
    Stress certainly effect my pain, when I had appointment at the pain clinic this is one of the questions they ask..any stress in your life..I have a couple of relaxation CDs and listen to them at night when all is quiet..so nice to unwind.. :)
