Comedian and actor Jerry Lewis has died at the age of 91. He had a long partnership with Dean Martin in films.

    That was a good age wasn't it?

    I don't know about others, but I'm starting to get a sense of deja vue here. It seemed last year that we lost lots of celebrities. This year seems to be repeating that sadly.
