Some of you will remember I lost my partner John in February 2016 and I take every chance now to remind people never to lose the opportunity to tell your loved ones they are just that. Enough said, yes?

You have coped admirably with losing John, Grace, but you are quite right. It needs saying often. It's the little regular gestures of affection that make all the difference.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
