    Hello, I have psoriatic and osteo arthritis, plus fibromyalgia, I am soon to begin my twenty-second year of this nonsense and reckon I've learned a fair bit about meds etc. over that time. I take 15mg of injected meth weekly plus 40mgs of humira fortnightly, for pain relief I use 30/500 cocodamol, keeping that to four per day. DD
