    Hi Emmylou welcome to the forum, you Don,t say what type of arthritis you have it would be good to know as you can chat more efficiently and people know where you are coming from.

    Hello Emmylou, I have psoriatic plus osteo arthritis and have had for years. I began, like everyone else, with one affected joint and thought that was bad. :lol: I am so pleased I didn't know then what I know now. DD
