    Hi Imran,

Welcome to the forum! I can see you have Myasthenia Gravis and are looking for information on IVIG therapy.

Deciding if a new medication is right for you can be difficult. The following link from the Versus Arthritis site has some information about IVIG that you may find useful.

    https://www.versusarthritis.org/about-arthritis/treatments/drugs/intravenous-immunoglobulin-ivig/

I can see IVIG can be used to treat the various autoimmune conditions and whilst the members here cannot offer any medical advice they may be able to jump in and share their experiences.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Wishes,
    Alice

Imran, you're in luck :D I'd never heard of IVIG until very recently. I don't think it's used for arthritis. But one of our forum members has both RA and MG and she has just had IVIG with good results. You can read her thread about it here https://arthritiscareforum.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=50310
She's a very kind person and, if you wished to PM her I'm sure she'd reply though she's had a tough time of it recently with other matters.

There is also a MG charity in the UK. They might be able to provide more info https://www.myaware.org/

I do hope it helps. Good luck.
