Good knee hurts

Why has my good knee started hurting and giving way, seems like my normal walking pattern has changed

Your other knee is hurting because you are changing the way you walk in order to ease the strain on the first one. This is throwing your other knee joint out of alignment so causing more pain. This is how OA spreads. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Everyone does it, daisymae, I mean changing the way they move: it's an unconscious reaction to the pain being caused in the original joint by the OA.Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
