Vulnerable and disabled people are being pressured to accept unrecorded telephone “deals” paying thousands of pounds less in benefits than they may be legally entitled to, charities and lawyers have said.     Well, this is disturbing news 😕

    Mike, did you read the article about being on the end of a DWP cold call too? That poor lady, being pressured into making a decision, and all the other vulnerable people without support. Things like this set me on fire a bit, I have to say.
