Good morning everybody, even though our bodies have arthritis, l am personally counting my blessings. My condition pales into insignificance when l think of all those who are suffering. I feel so very fortunate.

    I'm guessing you have maybe had arthritis for 10 years? Some hints and tips on how you are managing are always welcome
