Hi all reading this, been on here a Week approx and wish I'd have joined sooner! :) just back to late nights, now that Insomnia is back again. Anyone else a Night owl?

    Wouldn't call myself a night owl, just incredibly miffed (almost swore) that I can't get a proper night's sleep and I nod off several times during the day.
