    Hi Sandra,

Welcome to the forum, it's good to have you with us.

Sorry to hear you are in constant pain. Our forum members have many different experiences of arthritis but I think the one constant is pain. I am sure you will find advice, sympathetic ears and good company here.

If you feel you would like to tell us a little more about your story it's always good to share experiences and can help find others with similar tales to tell. Otherwise, feel free to browse the forum, reading and/or joining in with discussions as it suits you.

Versus Arthritis also have a really good telephone helpline, if you ever feel that talking to someone might be helpful. It's free and available 9am-8pm Mon-Fri

    Best wishes,

    Ann

Hello, I am in a very similar boat due to psoriatic arthritis and OA. I began when I was 37 and am now 61. The meds for my PsA have never relieved pain and never will and neither do the pain dullers, they merely soften the sharper edges. It makes life so much harder than it should be but there we are, it's arthritis and this is what it does. We get it because we've got it. DD

Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben
