    Hi @Nelly54

Nice to meet you. I am sorry you're struggling so much ATM pain is vile isn't it? 😕

When I was recovering from surgery my consultant to me to sit a little, stand a little and lie down a little. That sounds like what your body is after.

Have you tried a warm wheatbag at all (the kind you microwave)? That might be nice on that muscley ache in your buttock. I get it too it helps a bit with mine. If it helps you can buy heat patches from supermarkets and chemists which means you could use them when you are out too.

In the past i have used a tens machine for pain which helped a bit as has ice packs.

There are a few people struggling with sleep at the moment talking about their problems with being tired. I really do recommend a nap with an alarm set so you don't overdo it, but it helps me.

Oh and i sleep with a pillow between my knees to align by body better I am a side sleeper.

    Take care

    Toni x

thanks Toni I will try the heat bags too, I have tried the pillow but end up with it at the bottom of the bed I move around too much in the night. It feels like a wrestling match with my own body 😃
