hi i have Ra i am 58 and was diagnosed 14 years ago i have just joined and trying to find my way around the site so welcome any help thanks Peter

    hi Brynmor thanks for the welcome i will be looking the forums and websites sometimes it is just nice to know that you are not the only person going through this. i am quite on top of my medication and do have a good clinic that i go to but still have good days and bad days and just nice to talk.
