😋 Hi my name is Julie, I am 61 and suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have a lot of back pain, and I have also had a right hip replacement. I have prolapsed discs up and down my spine and I have been in constant pain 24/7 for the last six years. Phew 😅 apologies for going on. Julie
