Can’t keep up with the pain!

I have RA and although the pain is mainly in my hands, wrists and elbows I seem to have these random flare ups in parts of my body. This seems to happen in my feet. It will suddenly just be agony to walk on. It’s almost like something is trapped. I’m so fed up! I just never know what’s going to hurt next 😢. Do other people get this?!

    That sounds awful for you. I’m not quite the same, I have OA in my hips and will be sitting quietly watching telly, not moving, and suddenly my leg will feel like someone has either whacked me across the shins with a stick, jabbed a spike into my foot or sent a flame thrower down my leg.
